This pharmacy serves 3 generations of our family and the whole staff team always go the extra mile to support us with chasing up meds from the GP, advising, and generally helping us. They are kind, considerate and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. I can’t recommend them enough.

try to phone to re order script 0n 3/10.2022 no answer had to go down 7/10/2022 to pick it up was not ready had to go back twice before they got it ready

Whilst I had to wait 10 minutes for my prescription it was fine as the staff were really busy. They seem to be short staffed and people expected to be served straight away and be rude when having to wait a short time usually someone who doesn't work and get free prescriptions.

Our experience with this pharmacy now means we will go elsewhere. We arrived to collect pre ordered prescriptions, stood in line for 1hr 20 minutes. Then told 3 items were not available and to come back the next day. Was given a ‘we owe you slip’. Came back waited 45 minutes and were given all but 1 missing item and was told it would be delivered later that day, it didn’t arrive. Went down again 2 days after due deliver but had no ‘we owe you slip’ as it was meant to be delivered. They handed me a packet but it felt too small and found it was the wrong medication. I had to wait behind the customers and said it’s wrong, to be told that I needed those too, I didn’t. I was then given a box the right size and I thought I better check it. Only had 1/3 of the tablets in. I asked why didn’t they a) tell me it was short and b) give me a ‘we owe you’ slip. She shrugged her shoulders and moved to the next customer. Patients are not being taken care of and we will move pharmacies. 3 trips and still 2/3 of a box short. They need to be able to forecast usage from history and order sufficient,p. Every patient on day 1 had items missing.
