   The pharmacy were not transparent about the fact that they had not received the delivery of a vital medicine which led to a delay in delivery of dosette tray. I would appreciate honesty and transparency around supply issues rather than being told falsely day after day that we would receive the dosette tray when clearly they weren’t going to send an incomplete dosette tray.
