This is without doubt the slowest and most inefficient pharmacy it has been my misfortune to come across. Prescriptions are not filled, staff not covering counter sales, queuing system based on first lockdown, notices blaming staff shortages. Get a grip and sort it out.

The staff are usually helpful and pleasant when you eventually manage to speak to them, but the service is very slow and the systems are poorly managed. There are always long queues in store and no differentiation between service for prescriptions and over-the-counter sales, meaning that you can be waiting 15 minutes to pay for something you've picked up off one of the shelves. This has been our experience consistently over several visits (as well as that of others, looking at the reviews) and no changes seem to have been brought about to improve the experience of customers.

I’ve just called into the pharmacy in Dorridge to collect a prescription. Only one person serving customers with five in the shop waiting, six with me. In the ensuing 10 minutes no one was served - the customer at the counter was still making a complicated collection and purchases. By now there were at least six more patients waiting outside, including a mother with a small child in a push chair. A total of at least thirteen wating and no movement in 15 minutes - I left.
