In spite of all the bad google reviews of opening hours, this pharmacy advertises open until 7.30pm weekdays. It doesnt, if you arrive affter 7pm they have gone home. I phoned tonight to double check and was told tonight that they lock the doors at 7.15pm. They are never open until their advertised closing time. Last time i arrived 7.25 pm and nobody was inside. They say on all media open until 7.30pm. Its a lie, misleading and costly for those they shun away. Very distressing having travelled miles and with medical condition requring urgent medication.

Attended and requested the pharmacist review a sore throat as per the pharmacy first scheme. Pharmacist leant on the counter and didn't offer to go into a consultation room, they didn't take any details and didn't even look at the throat! They advised to call 111. Dissatisfied with their 'assessment' I attended a different pharmacy where they diagnosed 'the most obvious tonsillitis they have ever seen'. Pharmacy first is meant to ease pressure on other areas of the NHS, but this Pharmacy isn't achieving this.

In light of this, you were directed to 111 for further assistance since antibiotics were requested but not deemed suitable based on the criteria. Over the last month both my elderly dad and myself have needed medication which our normal pharmacies could not supply at short notice but were desperately needed (in my dad's case). The team at the pharmacy were extremely helpful and supportive and were able to fulfill the prescriptions with minimal fuss. I am very grateful to them and will definitely travel to this pharmacy whenever I can for future needs

I would just like to give Drayton Prime Pharmacy, next door To the Doctors Surgery, a mention as the Service I was given today Went above and beyond by a Member of Staff. I cannot go into details, but My Husband was short of his medication( through no fault of ours or Pharmacy) but the problem was soon sorted out and through swift action by Surgery, Pharmacy and Delivery to our address. No delay was Occurred in what could have been an awkward situation. Well done Drayton Prime and Thank you so much for your Service.
