   Met with surly counter staff, despite cheerful greeting from myself. Product purchased was marked at £1 cheaper than being charged at till. Pharmacist removed price label, despite asking her not to, and replaced it with the higher price! Customer service is shockingly poor. No apologies or explanation. Told I could go elsewhere if I wasn’t prepared to pay their price!!
