   Every time we collect medication we queue for at least 30 mins. It is never already prepared so there is a further wait. They need either to be better organised or they are short staffed. Either way if I didn’t have my batch prescription there I would go elsewhere for sure. They are not even apologetic- I’d be embarrassed about the poor service but they don’t seem to care.

   Always a queue again, pharmacist always on a break or on his phone! , I have very little time to keep coming back. Very disappointed
