   The last time we had snow and ice I fell over going to the pharmacy luckily I was just outside I landed on my head and nose both were bleeding,when I entered the staff noticed straight away and opened pkt of lint and cleaned the wounds then opened dressings to cover the injuries l must aaaadmit I did feel a bit dizzy and sick I had gotten a wait and return taxi as my mobility is not too good the taxi driver had seen me fall and he brought the car round to in front of the chemist then came into the shop waited while I got my prescription then with the staff helped me out to the car I can't thank them all enough for the help I was given that day first class service
