After coming into the pharmacy to try and sort my father's medication out, after several attempts at the Dr's to do so, but failed, I spoke to the young gentleman who does the nomad packs, and within one week he had it all sorted for me, all medication in packs, ready when said so, he has made mine and my mum and dad's lives a whole lot easier, very cummunicative with us aswell, kept us upto date with what was going on with them, all I can do is thank everyone in there for all their hard work, especially the nomad man, thankyou

Once again this pharmacy has failed its customers. I went in to pick up my prescription and some tablets that they didn't have from my last script. No one acknowledges when you stand waiting at the counter, not even a smile/hello. When they finely deign to ask you what you want they begrudgingly turn to try and find your meds in their hotchpotch shelving. Eventually they came back with my meds but without the fridge items which I had to ask for again. I also requested the tablets that were owed from my last script and was told I could not have them as I had received a new script. I pointed out that by not giving me these tablets it would put my medications out of sync - the pharmacist was just not interested and told me I wasn't getting them. This is not the 1st time this chemist had given me less than was prescribed. Previously when an item has not been included in my meds their regular practice is to take from someone else's meds waiting to be picked up. Luckily, there is another chemist in the same area who act more professionally and do not have the same condescending attitude as the Eightlands pharmacist and his staff. My husband is far more forgiving and continued to use Eightlands until this week when they showed the same lack of care and concern in prescribing his meds and he has also now changed chemist.

The people who work at this pharmacy are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the NHS. We called about our daughter and the person who answered was rude,aggressive and unpleasant. We will be going elsewhere in future.

During the COVID pandemic, I experienced a blocked ear which caused concerning hearing loss. Upon recommendation, I sought the aid of the ear clinic for a professional assessment and potential clearing of the blockage. The severity of the block was determined to be a challenge for the clinic and a difficult one to encounter, this lead to a necessary follow-up appointment. The attending clinician, demonstrated thoroughness in approach and successfully resolved the blockage during the second visit. As a result, my hearing has been fully restored, and the associated pressure alleviated. I extend heartfelt gratitude to the exceptional skill and perseverance in tackling my particularly tough wax buildup. I recommend the services to all.
