After having do my first emergency prescription in 15 years, I was greeted by someone who just wanted to be awkward, not helpful, wouldn’t provide a spacer to accompany a child’s inhaler. The tone of what was said and how it was said was patronising, condescending and unhelpful. It was as if they got pleasure at being awkward. This service is very substandard

Went to the doctors, got a serious infection that is affecting my breathing and it was closed for lunch - fine. Said it reopened at 1:30pm so I waited 15 mins, went in and told no pharmacist until 2pm but they might be earlier. Considering you are attached to a doctors who are prescribing and telling patients to take their medication straight away this makes no sense. My husband had to be back at work so we had to leave, after waiting over 40 mins with no sign of a pharmacist. This is completely unreasonable.

Sunday 10:36 - opening hours state open from 10am, yet pharmacy is fully closed with shutters down. No answer on the phone. Not good service...
