   I visited this pharmacy today to pick up a prescription for my mother. I asked if I could have a quick word with the pharmacist about the medication. The pharmacist came to the counter and informed me she was far too busy to speak to me and that I could come back on another day. My query was urgent. It was about an elderly parent.
