My doctors kindly sent my EPS script to this pharmacy on 22/07. When I called on 27/07 to enquire if they had received the same, I was told yes but not all items were available so they did not deliver any of it. I felt this inconsiderate on their behalf as it is my opinion they should have contacted me to ask if I needed the other medication or, if I was happy to wait or lastly, that I had the option to try a different pharmacy. This is not the first time this has happened. Patient liaison is extremely important. These services are disappointingly a far cry provided from the original owner and staff.

I was really relieved when this helpful and efficient team were able to sort out a problem I was having with one of my medications. After a trip to the hospital I was prescribed a new eye drop and the hospital gave me a bottle to start me off. For some reason I found it really difficult use this new drop. I just was not having any luck getting the drop into my eye. After trying for nearly a week I gave up. On my next trip to the pharmacy a week later, I remembered to ask them if they had any suggestions as to what I could do. The pharmacist took the time to go through my eye drop technique with me. We then realised it was more the style of the bottle that was proving difficult for me to use. The pharmacist quickly knew how to solve my problem and reassured me that on my next prescription request they would make sure they supplied me with a different brand of the same eye drop for me. I was so relieved to be able to get back on track with the new eye drop because my worry was that I might not be able to keep my glaucoma under control. Thank you Eltham Pharmacy!

This pharmacy often has all the required medicines in and the staff are brilliant. There are rarely any long waits in a queue for no reason and the staff are very friendly. The pharmacist often provides great advice and instructions. Without a doubt, this is the best pharmacy in Eltham and perhaps the whole of Greenwich.
