   Whilst attempting to pick up a prescription that had been sent to the pharmacy 3 hours earlier, the prescription was not ready and the pharmacist had just gone to lunch. I politely questioned should the prescription not have already been made up. At which point a female member of staff whom I'd not been dealing with came scurrying across the empty shop floor and angrily started telling me they have thousands of prescriptions to deal with (lie). When I replied I was simply asking a question she became confrontational and rude. I reminded her on several occasions I was speaking to her colleague and not her but this did not seem to matter. I have now named another pharmacy as my nominated pharmacy and will not step foot in that dirty run down former Boots establishment again
