Waited outside 10/15 mins. Waited inside with two others, ignored and no acknowledgment at all, whilst both staff on PC to sort out patient who had already left and was the cause of the long wait. Asked if, with respect, maybe they could deal with the people waiting rather than those who’d already left. Was told bluntly, ‘no, we’re short staffed’ I was told I was being rude. Short exchange of views when I was told again I was rude (for asking a question?) and I replied that I was just giving an opinion (deal with waiting patients). I’ve been using this pharmacy since it first opened, have never had any problems, and I’m not a rude person. It seems to have changed hands recently, the service has drastically declined. These girls require training in customer service, respect and manners. I won’t be using the pharmacy again.

I live outside Wimborne and traveled to pickup my repeat prescription only to be told that the "system" was down and they could do nothing as it was all computerised despite the packages being lined up behind them. A wasted journey and fuel. This is the second time though. Not that long ago I traveled into Wimborne only to be told the same saga and they couldn't even make up the prescription. They need a more resilient system.
