Waited 20 minutes for a prescription which was “just being checked” to then be advised not all items were available and couldn’t really advise when the owing would be in. Should have been informed not all items were available to be given choice of alternative pharmacy and certainly should have been told waiting time for just checking was 20 minutes. So many staff behind the scenes yet very little actually getting done. Shame, used to be a very good pharmacy

Due to the closure of other pharmacy's locally and the fact they provide an amazing service, they are very a busy pharmacy! But I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend them. The counter staff are polite and work their socks off, trying to provide the best possible service they can, given the amount of people they see on a daily basis. I'd rather wait a little longer for my prescription and put it in a bit earlier then dream of going anywhere else! Well done staff at Fair oak pharmacy for all your hard work! Keep up the good work!

We are very lucky to have a local pharmacy that is open a majority of the day Monday - Saturday. Lots of local pharmacies have either shut down or work on very reduced hours which has tripled the work load this pharmacy now face on a daily basis. The staff are always working extremely hard and do well to keep up with the huge volume of customers that are constantly queing up. People need to understand that this pharmacy is dealing with a huge number of customers daily. Yes I can be frustrating to wait for your prescription but just sign up for the text service and actually wait until they text you. Fair Oak village pharmacy are doing an incredible job with such high demand!

This pharmacy is too busy , and does not text in a timely manner following prescriptions being approved by GP. This results in having to chase up with the pharmacy when you have no meds left ,They do not answer the phone or have an email address meaning you have to attend in person ( waiting in a queue), only to be told to wait for a text and then low and behold a text arrives the next day! This pharmacy needs more staff , before staff are burnt out and leave ,this is not the staff's fault but a lack of funding.

I’ve just waited 10 days for my prescription, gone in today to be told I can’t have it? I have to go back to the doctors. I came in Thursday 2 weeks ago and was told in 7 days it will be ready ! this week Thursday I went in and was told tomorrow it would be ready.1 lady said I can have it and another today is saying I can’t? They need to teach their team to all be doing the same thing . I’m now going to be another week without my prescription!!! It’s so frustrating and this is all down to staff knowledge.
