Have only recently commenced using this pharmacy. The service given is very disappointing considering the amount of staff on duty. Ist visit - I queued for 20 minutes only to be told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. The prescription had been sent through 7 days previous. I had tried to call on their landline to inform I would be collecting, but the phone is just left to ring. After several attempts I gave up trying. Whilst standing in the queue you can hear the phone ringing and not one member of 6 staff attempted to answer. 2nd visit - was to collect my outstanding items, again queued only to be told it was still not available. Understandably not their fault but if they answered the phone possibly could cut the customer queuing time, as people would then know not to call in. I will not be using their services again have transferred to another pharmacy. Sad as a couple of the staff are very pleasant and helpful.
