  1. Review titled Blood pressure monitor

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Over the last 24 hours I have had a blood pressure check carried out at First Pharmacy, as requested by the Eye Unit at St Helier Hospital. The young lady who carried out the check explained what would be done and what I needed to do (no driving or excessive exercise). It went very well and was easier than I expected. No problems. Would recommend to anyone who needs a similar procedure.

Is my second time to visit this Pharmacy, and is totally disappointed always lots of excuses to avoid questioning and void customer needs ,always told me to verify to Gp back to Gp , Instead I am being referral by Gp to here and feel was not invited I was told go back confirm with my Gp instead. That’s totally waste of time as the pharmacist didn’t had any sense helpful at all in unprofessional way from my experienced. And I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone because Is doesn’t being help despite keep asking going back to my Gp no sense at all.

  3. Review titled Strange experience

I received Nhs email that invites me to get Covid-19 & flu vaccination. I have long term renal disease. Nhs send this kind of email every year to invite me for the Covid-19 & flu vaccination. I booked on Nhs website for an appointment for this morning at First Pharmacy in Wallington High Street. When I arrived the Pharmacy, The staff asked me if I have any medical condition. I said I have long term renal issue. Then the staff go back to counter and checked something. And come back to tell me: 'Sorry, we don't cover renal issue. And you can go to your GP to see if you can get flu vaccination from there'. I think this is strange. I had Covid-19 vaccination at the same pharmacy last year. If First Pharmacy has own policy that won't provide vaccination to certain people, it's better to tell Nhs. Then I won't waste time to book such an appointment and go there.
