Staff went above and beyond great customer service while other chemists simply said “we cannot help”. Staff managed to obtain the pills I needed when the other chemist in my village just couldn’t be bothered. She said she would call me to update me and she did what she said with positive news. Great service with a smile.

This pharmacy is staffed by caring and knowledgeable people who always try to help you with any problems. They go well beyond the norm to gain this service.

All the staff are wonderfully friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, even talking to my young children and answering their questions. Best pharmacy I’ve ever used!

Extremely satisfied with the Pharmacy and Staff, always helpful and accommodating and cheerful. I enjoy my visits and enjoy chatting to the very helpful and kind staff

Local chemist. Very helpful booking flu and Covid jabs. Staff friendly nothing too much bother. My husband had used this chemist for years for his prescriptions, again great service.

The team in this pharmacy go 'above and beyond' to assist their customers. No challenge is a problem to the staff here. Helpful service on every single occasion. It is seldom these days that any business earns genuine praise.. Fishlocks break all rules ..... excellent pharmacy. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended to anybody looking to use a local pharmacy in the Southport area.
