I collect my medicine from the pharmacy, the staff and the pharmacist are helpful and go out of their way to advice and help you. They are always cheerful, smiling and eager to provide service. I was given proper advice for my medicine when doctor and prescribed an additional medicine. I was guided to stop a dose until I finished my new medicine course.

Prescription for migraine sprays that are essential for me were sent on 5/4/23 to this chemist. Usually have been pretty good but this is now twice, not informed me that having difficulty getting the supply in. Being a senior nurse, communication with one’s patients is essential and should be no different to being a customer of a chemist . Same principle applies. I now have two sprays left and use three over a week or so. Disappointing that I was not told that they were having difficulty in getting the px in. It made me wonder what would happen were it to be that methadone that is picked up twice a day by non paying users….was not available…..rightly so I work and so pay for my px. This isn’t a service I expect from a local chemist that I have supported for years and I received no apology. Very disappointing after all this time. I now have to go elsewhere for what is a px that saves me from going off sick. I work for the NHS…..
