I have had nothing but good service I think people forget the amount of work going on behind the scenes it’s a full time job just taking peoples repeat requests never mind trying to source out of stock items which has been done for me several times I have no complaints whatsoever and if anyone isn’t happy with the free delivery service collection is an option

I was desperate for some medication as I was flying out and would be without on holiday, the gentleman at the pharmacy told me not to stress, he will speak to GP and also offered to get my medication delivered, just got my meds on time. first class service 10/10

Freemans have been our family pharmacy for many years it is a very busy pharmacy and you sometimes have to wait but I can not praise the staff enough for their efficiency and helpfulness, my mother who was elderly was looked after extremely well by freemans with the staff making a dosset box for her and delivering it free of charge in a timely manor to her home, the drivers are extremely friendly and caring and I can not thank them all enough for there help, unfortunately my mother has now passed away but I feel I should point out that the service we got from Freemans was exceptional and continues to be exceptional for us all as a family.

I have my prescription delivered, ordered online 16 July and still waiting for them I know about the computer glitch but nothing to do with that I order on the 16th !!!! Rubish service

Collected my prescription this morning which should have been delivered last Thursday 18/09 ,was told it had been filed in the wrong place, complained to a male member of staff who said it’s a service they offer ( obviously they don’t ) he also said I can collect it myself to which I replied I want it delivered, so unprofessional for a pharmacist to respond like that !

I visited this pharmacy and the staff member was bery pleasant, they went above and beyond, they was extremely busy and had to order one of my medicines in and to save a second trip they offered me a delivery on the same day.

Brilliant service time and again, years of consistent deliveries and support. I order my medication then a few days later it appears at my house. Would highly recommend 10/10
