We experience consistently good service from this amazing pharmacy - but recently, due to poor health, we have had to use its services more often. They have been absolutely brilliant and so kind and supportive at a time that has been really challenging for us. A particular shout out to the blonde lady (unfortunately we are unable to leave her name on this review) who has been exceptional sorting out missing items from an urgent prescription and liaising on our behalf with the local GP surgery and getting the outstanding items ordered and delivered to us. Her communication with us has been really impressive. We are so grateful for her help and it really has made a difference during this difficult time. Thank you.

I have visited Frenchs chemist many times over the years and did so again today. Every time I always experience extremely helpful and kind staff who do everything to help in all ways. Today I asked if I could possibly have a blood pressure test and this was done with great kindness and efficiency. I can thoroughly recommend this Pharmacist.

Frenchs chemist have looked after my late husband and myself for decades. Everyone is kind, helpful and highly professional. Can't speak highly enough.

I Went to Frenches Chemist for Ear Wax removal. The whole process was very well carried out by the Pharmacist plus an assistant who was learning the operation. The equipment was the latest on the market. I would recommend anyone who is due to have their ears waxed to use Frenches Chemist.

We always find the staff Knowledgeable and helpful , even at busy times. They also offer home deliveries which is a great help to those who have difficulty getting out.

Every member of staff is helpful and shows kindness. When medications require ordering, they always phone us with updates and deliver our orders to save collecting. Thank you for your constant support.

Excellent pharmacy, the staff go above and beyond to make sure my son gets his medicine. They are all extremely knowledgeable about medicines and everyday ailments and always take the time to explain things clearly. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you so much!
