I am so grateful to have had my Spring booster safely at this professional Pharmacy. I rang in advance and the Pharmacist kindly offered to administer the injection at a safe and convenient time. As someone with a weakened immune system recovering from nearly fatal Covid infection last year, this was crucial to me being able to get my booster this time as it was the only service in the area which agreed to do this safely. Two weeks ago they also helped me to prevent an eye infection taking hold by giving me antibiotic drops which my usual pharmacy had refused despite knowing I am unable to fight off infection at the moment. I cannot thank the Pharmacist and all the staff enough for their help and will be using this Pharmacy whenever I need to from now on.

I went for a 'walk in' covid jab on a Saturday morning expecting a long wait, couldn't have been more wrong, really quick and friendly 'no pain' service, thank you so much.

Took my mum for her covid booster vaccination and despite the pharmacy being very busy with people waiting for their boosters as well as prescriptions, the service was excellent...friendly, professional, efficient and relatively quick. Having just turned up for the Covid Walk-in Vaccination centre we were pleasantly suprised to find we were in and out in 10 minutes..very happy!!

Despite being very busy the staff are helpful, polite and fast. We can get all we need here . Great service for recent vaccinations.

Every time I visit this pharmacy my repeat prescription is never ready so I always have to wait and with the amount of staff they have you would think it would be ready straight away! One member of staff was very abrupt over the phone almost calling me a liar?? I have now changed pharmacy’s.

I can barely believe how bad this pharmacy is. Forced here due to the closure of my usual pharmacy, my prescriptions have now been seen here for about 5 months, out of which there have been a grand total of 0 visits where they have had the prescription ready or can fill all the medications on it. There is always either some thing they can’t fill, partially or at all, or haven’t prepared it - telling me and others “it’s up to you if you want to come back a different day”. It’s not up to us is it, we’ve come to collect necessary, doctor prescribed medication. Mine, at least, isn’t even out of the ordinary medicine. It’s common treatment for a common issue. Absolutely pathetic pharmacy with poor service and even worse organisation. Avoid at all costs. I will be switching, I can’t imagine anywhere worse than this.

This used to be an excellent pharmacy but in the last couple of months they've become a joke, items not ready taking up to 4 days to get prescription filled, issue ing owing then forgetting to order item in. Improve or close . This place needs to be sorted as a matter of urgency.
