   Again , I have had problems ordering and collecting my repeat prescription. The receptionist today was rude and unhelpful. After ordering my prescription on 17/10/2024 in person, it still wasn't ready today 21/10/24. I waited 20 mins + to get it sorted and then came away with an item missing. I have changed to collect my prescription from Pointer Court pharmacy as I am aware that they are efficient and polite
