Have used the pharmacy for a couple of years to deliver a repeat subscription to an elderly relative (I live 200 miles away!) and either on the phone or in person they have always been efficient, polite and given a great service. Recently they went out if their way to ensure delivery. Have never let me down - great team.

Went to this pharmacy as it was on my way home from work. I asked the member of staff behind the counter for the item I wanted. I noticed she picked up the wrong item so I told them again what I wanted. They asked another person for help & they told them it was on the shelf on the shopfloor. The item was then sold to me. I left the shop & went home. As I went to open the packaging I noticed it was the incorrect item sold to me. I drove back to the shop which is 5 miles from my home. I explained that I had been given the wrong item. They looked for the correct product I wanted but had none. I was then told I couldn't have a refund, even though I had the receipt & the item hadn't been used. I wasn't happy with this & explained that it was the member of staff who served me that was at fault for giving me the wrong product. Another lady came from the back & said I will give you a refund as a gesture of goodwill but continued to quote that it was my error & that it was a gesture. In other words count yourself lucky your getting a refund!! I said can I just have my refund & go. I was made to feel very small & I was belittled & humiliated by the staff in the pharmacy at the time. I would not recommend or use this shop again!! Infact the shop I did use I had totally amazing service.

Three times, despite ticking all the boxes on my prescription, there are items missing again. After spending over an hour constantly, back to back dialing, and getting no answer, being cut off, line busy and still not getting through, I've had to send my husband to the pharmacy where he was told the missing items weren't included on my repeat. I'm not going to forget my pain medication so I know this was an oversight or a blatant lie. Do better
