   Always have to wait ages when collecting prescriptions, my longest time so far has been 25 minutes. Also twice now I have almost been given someone else's prescription, the 2 ladies in the queue behind me said this has happened to them too. My mum is supposed to get her prescription delivered to her house by this chemist but it frequently doesn't arrive so I have to ring them and ask where it is.
