what on earth are the managment doing at the pharmacy ,half the staff are wandering around in some sort of trance whilst the other half are rushing around in some kind of panic , never have i been able to go in and pick up my medication without some kind of drama or items not yet checked ,i order medication from my GP on line and the notification I receive tells my to allow two and ahalf days for the pharmacy to process but enen leaving it for or five days makes no difference to the capability of the pharmacy its seems to be in perpetual chaos wit no apparent direction or leadership and the chaotic method for storing prescriptions has to be seen to be believed the complete pharmacy needs dismantling and reorganisation from the time wasting shambles that it appears to be now

I called in to your pharmacy this morning to leave a small amount (a handful) of out of date medications for safe disposal. I understand that this is the correct thing to do with them. I was told by an awkward and unhelpful employee that I couldn't do this as there was nowhere 'safe' to leave it. I was then told to bring it back another day. I consider this response to be ludicrous and most unhelpful. You must have somewhere in the region of 10,000 tablets in the Pharmacy - all at arms length for ease of access - but can find no space for a few tablets for safe disposal? Quite ridiculous. There is no excuse for this conduct.
