I was very happy with the Very quick and efficient service I received from the pharmacist. I was referred to the pharmacy by my GP and they were able to help.

Was referred to the pharmacy by pondtail they were very efficient gave me medication straight away was waiting 10 minutes at most. Very happy with the service.

I was referred for a consultation by the GP, feeling pretty unwell. The pharmacist was professional, reassuring and thorough in her examination. I left feeling confident in my treatment and happier all round. Great and personable service.

After a mess up with very important medication and the pharmacy team not accepting they were in the wrong I moved my prescriptions else where. Best thing I've done. Found the staff to be condescending and tone extremely rude. Not happy with their service or lack of accountability. One pharmacist particularly rude, which unfortunately tarnished my experience. The rest of the team however are lovely

Rang Up in the morning to check they were still giving the relevant covid and flu jabs. Checked on the best time to visit which my wife and I did. Perfect, no wait, forms waiting to be filled in. All good.

From enquiry to walking in for the vaccine booster, the entire experience was fast and efficient. Once I completed the necessary paperwork, I was called almost immediately. The booster was given painlessly and efficiently. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.

I went along for my covid jab. Everything was on time the pharmacist took time to ask questions about my health condition. All staff were friendly polite and helpful will use the chemist again.

After the NHS reguesting an appointment on the nhs web site we were only given a few choices as to where to go this being the nearest. We turn up at the appointed time only to find the NHS had failed to deliver any vaccine. The staff were very apologetic and helpful. We had to wait an hour before it was delivered. The staff were very affectionate and friendly. But I do think the NHS needs to think about where they are going to give the jabs and make sure the the vaccine is there. The NHS needs to pull their socks up.

I had my flu and covid jab at this pharmacy. The staff were super efficient and very kind. I’d definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

We needed to change our booked COVID Booster appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Having tried other pharmacies closer to home and listed as 'Walk-in' for vaccinations but on arrival were nothing such, we tried Godstone Pharmacy and although moderately busy they did do 'Walk-in' and we did the paperwork and were seen and vaccinated all within a 20 minute period. cant ask for better than that. The only shortcoming was that we were not told which COVID vaccine we were given and there were no record Cards issued as per previous vaccinations.
