I recently had the task of collecting a prescription for my father-in-law, who is in need of vital pain relief due to terminal cancer. The prescription included morphine and a sedative, but when I first attempted to collect it, the initial pharmacy was unable to fulfil the order, claiming they couldn't source one of the items. I spent the entire day searching for a pharmacy that could meet the request, eventually finding Goshen, who could order the sedative for the next day and already had the morphine in stock. The next day, I returned to Goshen pharmacy, where I met with the pharmacist. Unfortunately, there was another issue: the prescription had not been released by the previous pharmacy, and without that, the pharmacist couldn’t dispense the medication she had ready. Despite this obstacle, she immediately tried to contact the previous chemist, but they refused to admit there was any issue on their end. Determined to solve the problem, I reached out to the GP, who re-issued the prescription electronically as an emergency. However, the pharmacy was set to close in 30 minutes, and the electronic prescription would take god only knew how long to arrive. Despite this, the pharmacist went above and beyond. She allowed me to stay in the pharmacy past closing time, waiting for the prescription to come through. Once it did (at 6:15pm!), she promptly dispensed the medication, ensuring my father-in-law received his much-needed pain relief that night rather than the next morning. The pharmacist’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a world of difference in a difficult situation. Her actions ensured that my father-in-law didn’t have to wait an extra day for his critical medication. I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and care.

Lovely caring practice and understanding pharmacist And very helpful. Also nice staff. so glad I changed from the other pharmacy that I was going to….

My first visit since the pharmacy changed hands. I found them to be extremely helpful and friendly with prompt service. Great interaction with customers and willingness to offer advice. I will certainly be using this pharmacy on a regular basis
