Had a appointment to see pharmacist was so un professional had no people skills asked me one question regarding my symptoms, I was asked to bring a sample but didn’t even test it said straight away had no symptoms showing regarding illness without doing anything !! Went to other chemist so professional and got antibiotics I needed

Pharmacy assistant was extremely helpful on the phone checking stock was available before we visited as it was the only pharmacy open on a bank holiday evening an hours drive away. On arrival their was a problem with the prescription but the pharmacist went out of his way to help. Couldn't thank them enough

So I've been using this pharmacy for a long time and considering changing. at first it was niggle things like the incorrect amount of tablets and having to go back to get the correct dosage. Shortly after everything was great I was picking up weekly and my meds would be ready and packaged. sometimes the gp wouldn't send my script through which caused further stress. then they stopped making the script and waited for me to come in before they made it up which is annoying as I have social anxiety. The thing that really annoys me about this place is they shout your full name and ask for your address and date of birth and sometimes shout it back to you to see if they have got it right. surely this is a privacy data breach? I don't want the whole chemist knowing my name and address! So I resorted to delivery a while back and that hasn't been much better either. I still have to call in each week as I am unsure whether I'm on the list as this has not been confirmed to me yet. Yes the staff are friendly. Yes some are very loud. They can be good when they want to be. But each time I try to talk to the manager to find out what's going in all I can hear is her in the background telling the cashier what to say. This saddens me. She used to make me feel valued as a customer but she dosent anymore. Shame. I may have to look at other chemsits as I feel the communication is really bad now I'm starting to think I'm the problem.

The pharmacist is always very responsive to my meds needs. If I need it urgently, it will always be delivered before I run out.

I had an excellent experience at Gosport community pharmacy. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best possible care. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with helpful information about my medications. The pharmacy was also very clean and well-organized, which made the whole process very easy and efficient. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area, and I will definitely be returning for all of my future pharmacy needs.

The pharmacy is bright and clean, very welcoming. Staff are polite and efficient. The lady I spoke to she was so kind to answer my questions and the pharmacist gave me useful advice too. The pharmacy got a very good stock of everything you need too, highly recommend to everyone.

I find this pharmacy of staff are so helpful! I needed advice about my skin allergy condition and the pharmacist could not have been more helpful. He showed me all the most suitable dressings and explained which would be best. He was courteous, friendly and efficient . I was most impressed. Thank you Gosport Community Pharmacy staff!

I get our repeat prescriptions through this pharmacy, always helpful, very kind, and always with a smile. This pharmacy is open till late and Sundays which is really good
