   Called 111 to get an emergency prescription for some medication I ran out of this morning. The pharmacist was basically calling me a liar when I told her that I have a certain medication on repeat and she told me that this medication can’t be on repeat. When I called up my medication online she took my phone and refused to give it back to me and I had to snatch my own phone back off of her and walked out as they were utterly useless and incompetent. Would never go back here again
