Came into get my prescription and had to wait a long time as they tried to locate my prescription. No apology for the wait. Unfriendly staff

Needed to leave without my prescription due to the 25 minute wait time. People after me all got their prescriptions and left. Then I told them I was leaving and they gave me one of the prescriptions but not the other. My appointment was at 10.35am and my prescription was not even ready at 4.45pm. I'm missing half my prescription now and do not have time to get it again.

Made our Covid and Flu vac appointments on line. Checked in and seen on time by excellent staff. Also offered BP checks. Would definitely recommend.

My wife & I are both in our mid eighties and decided to accept the invitation to have a covid vaccination. Subsequently,I attended the Graham Young Centre - a walk-in centre - this being more appropriate for us rather than make an appointment and not being able to attend on the day because of illness. On the day in question, I attended the centre only to be told that it had only 2 doses left of a multi dose vial, and that they were reserved for patients who had made an appointment. The centre was clearly unwilling to open another vial just for 1 patient - even although it was was pre-midday. I was asked to come back the next day or make a call to arrange it. Having gone to the trouble of getting to the centre - baring in mind that it was a walk-in centre, I feel I was let down in that appointment based patients were being given priority over walk-in patients (I deliberately picked the gy centre because it was walk-in). In summary, I feel let down because of the above. I have spent over 40 years in the nhs as a senior professional and the above is clearly not in the interests of patient welfare. My wife and I will now attempt to make an appointment elsewhere in the hope we are both able on the day. One pleasing point is that the assistant I dealt with at the gy centre was extremely apologetic and most courteous.

Contraception review. Nurse is kind and helpful, had all information that I needed and managed to make me feel warm and welcomed. Big thank you for taking my stress away.

Went for Covid vaccine and service was very good, prompt and very efficient. Pharmaceutical building easily accessible for mobile aid users which is very important.

Good experience. The staff were friendly, efficient, cheerful and helpful. The car park was quite full but we managed to find a space.
