   I entered the pharmacy and waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes while around 6 staff members were chatting away on the other side of it. I did not get a 'I'll be with you in a minute', a 'I won't be long', any acknowledgement at all! In the end I just walked out and went to another chemist. Very rude staff who need training in customer service!!!

   We are very sorry you have experienced this service. We pride ourselves with our customer service. I would appreciate it if you could come in to the pharmacy and have a chat with the manager.
