    Have always used this pharmacy as I find them very friendly and helpful throughout any enquiries or prescriptions I require. Everyone is treated the same and dealt with as quickly as possible bearing in mind the volume of people that use the pharmacy. I would highly recommend the pharmacy and have done to my family and friends. I recently had issues with an ongoing repeat prescription which they resolved as efficiently and as quick as possible and providing my prescription that was urgently required.

    My son is on medication which he can’t live without this. This is now the 3rd time that this pharmacy despite me emailing them to order this in have failed to do so then failed to let me know they could not get hold of this it took for me to go up there after them emailing back saying it will be here after a week of asking them to order it in for them to tell me no they can’t get hold of it again! They don’t ever answer their phone. Which now leaves us one day to try and get hold of this medication for my son, communication is terrible. Them ordering prescriptions in is terrible

    If this was a retail shop I would expect it to cease trading in days. 15 phone calls and no answer but told voice mail full. endless emails and no response (tracked and not even opened) The Doctors opposite even confirm many customers going elsewhere as worse chemist for service in area. Need repeat prescription, that they have, but will have to join a queue of up to 10 people to then be told its at least and hours wait. Avoid at all costs.

    Although being extremely busy, the Pharmacist took time to speak with me and was able to fill my prescription that three other chemists insisted were out of stock.

    Every time I place a prescription from Great Berry gp, I call at the pharmacy to collect it 3-4 days later. Everytime, there is a wait of over 30 minutes, which appears to be "acceptable ". This seems to be normal, unless you're one of the customers who are known by the staff, in which case, you go to the front of the queue!! If I was expecting to get my medication the next day, I would expect to have to wait. However, the pharmacy has had the prescription from the gp a minimum of three days, and then, everytime, there is at least one medication that is out of stock, which then requires an additional visit, and a further wait, which I find unacceptable. When you have a monopoly of service, it seems acceptable to not bother with customer satisfaction.

We do not give patients known to us priority, but they may have gone to the front of the queue if they had an owing ticket as we feel that they have already waited once.
