When I applied for a +75 covid booster the 'site would not let me choose a date - only Tuesday which I accepted at 11.45. When I arrived there was a queue from the pharmacy out to the road. I checked and given the time for each vaccination I could anticipate an "additional wait" to c 1.30 So I had no choice but to abandon the appointment. So I am not likely to make the mistake of going there again!!

I have to get a Covid injection between a monthly injection I have to have. I telephoned to arrange an appointment and the young man who answered the call couldn’t have cared less. He said that it couldn’t be arranged even when I said that this was a requirement of QMC. What a dreadful place. How unprofessional and unaware can you get? A dreadful pharmacy. I feel sorry if you have to use it. This is shoddy treatment indeed. I won’t be going here, because even if it was possible to arrange it now, why should their dreadful service be rewarded. Avoid.

Having made an appointment for a flu vaccination I was told on arrival at the pharmacy that they had run out of vaccine. Having booked the appointment online, and having left my email address and phone number, would it really be asking too much for someone to have let me know prior to making the trip? Frustratingly I had to take time out from work to attend the 'non-appointment'. If this had been in reverse and I had been unable to fulfil my appointment then I would have contacted the pharmacy out of courtesy. Clearly that doesn't work both ways. Very poor customer service.
