My husband and I have our Covid jabs here today. The pharmacist was fantastic, so professional, friendly and a first class service at this chemist.

Far too many people booked in on same time. Very late running. Absolution nil information about where to check in/ how to queue. Nowhere near enough seating for what is clearly a session for elderly people. Nil interaction between Dr and 'receptionist' so not obvious to anyone where we were in the proceedings. Real customers needing serving were ignored and had no idea where to stand. Dr occasionally called out a name but mostly said 'next' - none of us knew who was next. The Dr calling out was so softly spoken that when a name was called no one could hear it. No time was given to enable people to stand up when called and get to the door so a 2nd person was called too soon. Absolutely atrocious organisation and not fit to be a vaccine site.
