Very friendly staff always willing to help people especially if you ring up to ask a question I had back pain but due to my medication wasn’t sure what I could take, he checked my medication and advised me not to take tablets but to use a cream which seemed to work saved me having to try and get appointment with the dr.

We have moved out of the area however I attended the physio last week so went to the pharmacy , made me realise how much I miss the pharmacy. Their customer service is amazing , open a pharmacy in Garstang 😊

I went in with my son as he had a rash on his leg. They looked at it closely and spent time asking him lots of questions then recommended some cream. Very thorough and helpful.

I recently used them on the Pharmacy First Scheme for a UTI. Great experience. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Disorganised, not helpful and no compassion, in my opinion. Rude and ignorant Pharmasist. My prescriptions are usually missing items . Giving me cheaper medication which they know does not work. Always having to order in Medications, so my treatment is delayed. Changed to another pharmacy who are much more friendly, reliable where my treatment is not delayed so do not suffer unnecessarily.

Lovely pharmacy very friendly staff, always helpful never had a problem with any of my medication. Not had any reason to seek assistance with a medical problem but would not hesitate to ask if needed.
