I recently used this pharmacy as a walk in patient. I was able to speak with the pharmacist straight away in a private room. I was given time to discuss my issue and was dispensed the appropriate medication immediately. This resulted in my issue being completely gone in 48hrs, without out the need to try and get a GP appointment. I have been using this pharmacy for many years. I have always found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. They deal with issues that my GP surgery have been unable or unwilling to fix. My prescriptions are always done on time and oftentimes, at short notice. I have also had flu and covid vaccines there as a walk in patient, and pre booked. I would 100% recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to change to a reliable service. There is also the added bonus of not having to park in town therefore avoiding traffic, and they are open late night so you can collect after work.

There’s another name as to me as a w. Wish to point out it wasn’t me. They been very helpful and couldn’t do more for me. The staff is very polite and go out of their way if anything is needed. Wish to point out if the other person have issues they should find another practice. I give them 6 stars if I could. Keep up the good work

Following cancer four years ago, various drugs are essential to me. Recent drug shortages have led to me having to shop around which can be stressful and tiring. I felt very welcome turning up "in hope" at Grovebury Pharmacy and was very relieved when they fulfilled my order almost immediately. I realise they may endure shortages too at times but I have now moved my resubscription account to this pharmacy.

Walked in today to ask if I could have a flu jab and it was done straight away. I have been using Grovebury Road Pharmacy for a few years now. Friendly people, and I’ve also have received great advice from the pharmacist too. Highly recommend.

Had to wait, no communication from staff. Only half prescription done . Although I did mention 2 lots . Finally took approx 35 minutes. No one seems bothered.
