When I was unable to find anywhere who could fill a prescription and the previous pharmacy I tried telling me it would be "about 3 days" to obtain my medicine, the helpful lady at Grovelands offered to check online if she placed an order how long it would take. Luckily it was only 1 day and, true to their word, it was waiting for me the next day. Nobody else had been that helpful and I am very grateful to them for their effort and great customer service. Thank you!

Been using this pharmacy for over a decade, and it went through a bad patch where locum staff appeared to be working every day. The last few months everything has changed, the service is perfect. No more 3 or 4 visits to collect.

I am not sure what has happened to this pharmacy. It used to be fantastic but now I dread having to go there. The telephone is never answered...it is always ringing and ignored by the staff who seem stressed and unhappy. Lots of staff around but they don't seem to be doing a great deal. I heard one talking to her colleague who was doing an inventory and saying they were lucky as they didn't have to deal with customers...this was in front of customers!! It is in such a convenient location and so handy for everyone but it has gone downhill so much that I sometimes prefer to drive to another one which is more friendly and efficient. Very sad decline.
