Called in for my monthly prescription only to be given (yet again) less than half of my prescribed medication with no dialogue or discussion over the missing medication. I returned to request the missing meds and was left standing in the shop (again with no explanation as to what was happening/how long I was to stand). Eventually, the pharmacist handed over the missing meds without any explanation as to why this had happened (again) and as she walked away she muttered “you can always go somewhere else”. I asked her to repeat her mutterings and she said “you can always go somewhere else”. This is my local pharmacy and as such, I am reluctant to go elsewhere, however, as this is a regular occurrence (missing meds) and a disgusting level of professionalism and customer service from the pharmacist and the staff I will be moving elsewhere. I would not advise anyone to use this pharmacy, particularly if you are vulnerable or have any communication issues.
