Up until a couple of months ago, this pharmacy was excellent. Fast, no mistakes. Used them for years. Then, sometime around April, everything changed. Now they take well over a week to turn around requests that previously took a couple of days. Other issues are wrong medication dispensed, heat damaged tablets that have melted into a sticky lump, short amount dispensed, no answer on the phone day after day - pretty stressful when you are running out of life critical medication and cannot get hold of them, long queue in the shop and at least one impatient member of staff who rudely cuts one off when trying to solve an issue. I will use a different pharmacy in future but I find it very sad that the, previously, best pharmacy in the town is now the worst I have ever come across.

Telephone continuous busy line or if it rings you get cut off. Not replied to email sent. Awaiting repeat prescription to be delivered which the GP surgery sent a request for on 22nd April 2024.

I’ve been using Hado Pharmacy now for the last 12 months and I must say I have always found all the staff there extremely helpful and polite. They are normally open 7 days a week and my prescriptions are always ready when I arrive. If I need any extra medication they are always helpful and put the request through to my doctors and on the very rare occasion that something happens they have always called me to advise me of the problem so that it can be rectified quickly. Definitely a lot nicer and friendlier than going to a big chain pharmacy
