Did not receive my prescription of Jobst compression stockings, eventually after many times going to Halo to enquire, the outer stockings arrived but not the inner. Was given white stocking X2 large and large not acceptable as these were wrong. My leg broke down and was prescribed Andoflex z bandage over a month of waiting for this, I went to Halo and was told supply problem, my wife went online and ordered x 6 for same dressings paid £78.00 a through EasyMed pharmacy and they arrived in three days of order. Tried several times to speak with manager / pharmacist but always. unavailable or told we will ring. I know the pharmacy are under pressure but the fact that the original prescription for compression stockings due to the delay my skin on my leg broke down ifI had had the right stockings which I have to wear all the time would have prevented my skin to break down on my leg. I have been under various Vascular consultants and they have stated I require compression stockings these need to be replaced as the Doppler pressure changes and stockings eventually need replacing. So I am as today still not received the inner stockings which were prescribed for me in July last year. In the meantime I am having to have my leg redressed using Andoflex Z asI have an ulcer, and would like to be able to go back to the stockings ASAP once thesorehashealed.
