   I was receiving a flu jab and both members of staff I met were disinterested and impolite. There was no explanations, helpfulness or empathy displayed. Will not be returning.

   Been getting my prescription delivered from here for a couple of years when I didn't get my prescription delivered this time I telephoned 3 times given a different excuse every time the last time I rang I spoke to the manager she was very rude needless to say I have changed my pharmacy
