I was visiting friends in the area and suspected a UTI - from walking into the pharmacy to receiving antibiotics amounted to approx 5 minutes. Thank you all for a brilliant service

The pharmacy staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. I used the earwax removal service and the Pharmacist was simply excellent, and I can now hear again. I thoroughly recommend this Pharmacy!

Have been waiting for over three weeks for remaining items on my prescription only to be fobbed of with various excuses such as we haven’t received them to we have given them to someone else and now been told they will be here tommorrow but I won’t be holding my breath. Will never use this pharmacy again and would urge anyone to reconsider using them.

My son needs to take medicine on a daily basis in order to prevent him from having seizures. On previous occassions when his seizures have started and become uncontrollable, it has caused him severe mental damage. The pharmacy know this as we have advised them several times, but don't seem to think that it's of that much importance that we get it when we need it. We were advised several times just to come back the next day as it hadn't arrived yet, only to be told today that it's out of stock when we are running dangerously low. No help was offered to try and locate some, just nothing we can do if it's out of stock. When medicines are as important as this, surely they should be going out of their way to provide it? Not happy at all.
