   I phoned and asked for a consultation for my son querying tonsillitis, was advised this is a service offered and to bring him in. Pharmacist was reluctant to look at him, only looked at his throat when I insisted, didn’t have any equipment available to take his temperature and took no details from us at all. I was worried about my son and left there with less confidence about his condition than when we went in. We had to go to another pharmacy who gave him a proper examination.
