management was extremely rude, coarse and ignorant. I contacted the pharmacy wanting a repeat prescription like I have been doing for 5 years. I was told one of my medicine that I have been ordering along with the rest of my medications, was not ordered because I have never ordered that medication with them before and I would need to contact the surgery and order it there. I was trying to explain when he just put the phone down on me
