Very sorry to say this but the staff were extremely rude and ignorant, very unhelpful and uncaring. So sad to see that in helthcare services. This was not the first time I have seen it at this pharmacy but this was certainly the worst occasion. The staff were ignoring the clients, they were chatting on the phone or to each other without coming forward to ask how they could help. It felt very unwelcoming and confusing. When I asked for my repeat prescription I was given a wrong information, repeatedly told that my prescription was not issued despite my proof in my NHS app saying it had. I was dismissed without any help. Being treated this way made me feel very sad and disappointed. I collected my medication from a different pharmacy later where I was met with much more helpful staff.

Staff are so rude they completely ignore you! They struggle to get important medication but don’t inform you- sometimes ask you to go back in an hour then tell you they can’t get it. I asked why they couldn’t let you know if they had no stock- answer was ‘ because we have loads of customers’ the amount of times I’ve been told we don’t have the prescription or even come home with someone else’s meds is ridiculous. Perhaps if they stopped chatting to each other and actually did their job we wouldn’t have been left without insulin and dairy free baby milk on a fri tea time when they had been sitting on the prescription for days. Advising ring 111. Disgusting ! I won’t be using again!

Long and inclusive opening hours to suit everyone, especially those working office hours. Always extremely well stocked in both prescription and over the counter medications. Very friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to provide fantastic service to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend!
