    I recently changed to this pharmacy after repeated long waits due to short staff and short stock in local pharmacy. They were extremely efficient and explained every delay. One medication I'd been prescribed out of county has always caused issue problems , The Kind pharmacy staff explained the problem. they were very helpful when I suggested asking to change prescription, they gave me details of appropriate drugs to suggest to GP. Gp has since changed and Headington Pharmacy has already text to say it is ready to collect. It is a very pleasant environment and very happy with communication [previous pharmacy barely spoke -asked name , date of birth and address when gave prescription]

    I visited shortly after they opened one morning to ask if they could provide an urgent dosette box for a patient that was very vulnerable. The pharmacist ensured that it was done within 30 minutes so that the district nursing team could collect and take it directly to the patient. Thank you for accommodating this request and assisting the wider NHS team to provide the best possible care we could!

    I have been customer for many years now… always had issues but once the pharmacy brand change I thought things would get better, but I was wrong. Every time I order a medication have to order 2 weeks in advance before running out and even doing that I still run out because they don’t communicate saying they don’t have in stock, they don’t call to let us know and when you go to them they try to make you thing is your fault not theirs, they should communicate to say they don’t have medication in stock, so we can try somewhere else. Some people depend on this medications and some people can’t go without for a day. I have asked my GP to remove me and my whole family and allocate another pharmacy, they are rude, unhelpful and they don’t care. Went to another pharmacy straight away and the medication was ready waiting. So I think the problem is not having something in stock is them not knowing what they are doing. Many times I have seen them messing prescriptions up, surely I am not the only one who feels like that.
