Can’t keep up with the orders, always behind and don’t bother telling patients there Medicines aren’t being delivered. The most recent issue was medication we needed for our daughter on a Friday. The prescription was issued at 5pm and said it would be ready by 5.45pm. my husband went a few hours later at 8pm to collect to be told it wasn’t there and he was turned away. When I spoke to the locum he said they are behind and it’s too late and it has to be tomorrow. Very frustrating. After a lot of conversations apparently even though he couldn’t issue anything after 9pm he issues the eye drops for my eye year old and the other items had to wait ! I will not be recommending this pharmacy anymore. The service and turn around time is shocking !!!!

Annoying when you book appointment for Flu jab to get there and be told they have none. Surely they can set aside for appointments or at least ring to let you know beforehand. Still displaying sign outside.
