I came into Heath for the first time on Saturday as I have been struggling to get hold of some medicines from my usual chemist and I’m at my whits end with the attitude from them. The young lady that served was so helpful. She explained why some of the things I needed are currently in short supply and reassured me that this can happen at times. She offered a few solutions that I can go back to my doctors with to change brands or go to just the medicine name and requested I check back in the week as she will be in and check if the stock is still in. In all honesty this is the first time in a long time I have come away from a chemist and not felt like ripping my hair out. I nearly cried with happiness and relief at knowing I wasn’t facing this challenge alone and someone was actually listening to my frustrations as my old chemist couldn’t care less. I will be using Heath Pharmacy from now on and telling all my family to use them too. Purely for the fact that the staff take pride in making sure there customers are looked after even though I wasn’t a regular. The poor girls looked rushed off there feet and so this interaction meant even more to me know they probably had better things to do that talk me down from a melt down. I can’t thank you enough. That one kind interaction probably saved me I forgot to ask her name but thank you.

I came into this pharmacy recently and I couldn’t praise them high enough. I get my elderly mum and dads prescription from here and when we have issues with the doctors sending them or messing it up they will do everything in their power to help. The staff make you feel at ease to ask for help and advice. I can’t praise them high enough

Went to pick up eczema bandages. Should have been given crepe bandages as well as the cream ones. It had a note on to say that the crepe bandages were no longer supplied. No one had done anything to get an alternate there was just a note on my child prescription. Was told by a very unhelpful pharmacist that I would have to contact my gp for them to prescribe an alternate. How would the gp know what was in supply anyway. I tried explaining that without the crepe my daughter with acute eczema couldn't use the cream bandages. The pharmacist kept smiling and going on about contacting my gp. There were no alternates she could suggest. I ended up going to another pharmacy and spending £15 on bandages so I could bandage her whilst i get this sorted

Process part of a prescription and then are unable to supply remaining items on a regular basis leaving customer without medication. Counter staff generally unhelpful and today didn’t even bother to look to see if there was any in stock having already waited 6 weeks with an owing slip. Other chemists are able to get supplies but this seems a problem here with expensive medication as other family members have had the same issue.

I recently changed to Heath Pharmacy and went there for the first time yesterday to collect my husband's prescription. The staff were really busy, but they were still very polite and courteous. My experience was really positive and I would not hesitate to recommend this Pharmacy to anyone.

My prescription had been at the chemist the next day I went for it she told me it wasn’t ready when I had waited over a day to collect . I have been using this pharmacy for years never had a problem seemed to be all new staff in there the old staff was much better .. then she proceeded to tell me they had over 100 prescriptions this ain’t really my problem when there seems to be 9 are 10 people working there so what are they actually doing shock by the service I received today seriously thinking of going elsewhere now am fuming

We always ask patients to order their prescriptions in plenty of time, particularly at this time of year. This branch processes over a thousand prescriptions a day in the build up to Christmas.
