   I was having trouble with another local pharmacy with getting my prescription ready in a timely manner, so I switched to Heathcote as I heard good things. Despite my prescription sitting in this other pharmacy, the staff rang around to get the prescription sent to Heathcote and it was done in less than 5 minutes instead of the 5 days I would’ve had to wait!! It made me feel seen and understood, so thank you to the two men who helped me that day when I was struggling and overwhelmed.
