   Even though I order my tablets a good week in advance via the NHS app they are never ready when I arrive to collect them and I'm asked to come back later. Most of the time I'm stood in a queue of people complaining of the same thing. Very rarely has my prescription been supplied accurately on the first attempt (even after coming back); tablets are missing or dosages are higher or lower than those prescribed by the GP and therefore potentially dangerous. I'm not saying the pharmacists are bad, but they need to get someone in there to grab it by the scruff of the neck and get the unit organised.
